Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4602AD-2GL, is a freestanding commercial floor range with a standard oven base and a left-side 24" manual griddle. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy grates, 287,000 total BTU, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven that fits full-size pans both ways, so it suits high-volume line cooking, sauté, and roasting in a busy restaurant or institutional kitchen. It runs on propane, uses 120V/3-phase power for the spark/oven systems, measures 60.75" W x 43.6" D x 59.5" H, and includes stainless front/sides, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven base.
