The Imperial IHPA electric hot plates use wafer plate elements. The IHPA-4-24-EW hot plate has 4 elements. Thermostatic controlled plates. Heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) for maximum pan contact. 650° maximum temperature heats food up to 50% faster. Stainless steel front, top and sides for cleanability and professional look. Welded and polished stainless steel seams. The IHPA-4-24-EW hot plate is 24 in (610 mm) wide. The IHPA-4-24-EW and IHPA-4-48-EW hot plates draw 37 A at 240 V, three-phase. plug type: field wired per local code.
