The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker has two basins. Each of the two cooking vessels in the FIREX UCPMDE264 has a capacity of 64 gal. The FIREX UCPMDE264 is rated for 3-phase electrical supply at 208 V, 60 Hz. At 208 V, the FIREX UCPMDE264 has an electric power rating of 46.60 kW. At 208 V, the FIREX UCPMDE264 draws 140.0 A. The panel board provides an ON/OFF switch, a resistive 7-inch touch screen, keys for moving the basket, selection of two cooking modes with working temperature setting or minimum/maximum heating, cooking type and time settings, and manual or program cooking. Cooking programs can be created and edited with cooking type, temperature and time parameters, and inserted text messages. The panel also provides delayed cooking settings, language settings, and different units of measurement. The supporting structure is stainless steel AISI 304. The unit is insulated by thick glass-fibre panels, and its outer cover is stainless steel AISI 304 with a fine satin finish. The cooking vessel and perforated basket are stainless steel AISI 316; the basket has electric tilting. The balanced lid is stainless steel AISI 304. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker's baskets lift automatically at the end of cooking. The UCPMDE264 Double Basin Multicooker automatically refills water in its vat. The multicooker has a USB connection for downloading HACCP data, updating software, and loading cooking programs. It can be interrogated using MODBUS over an RS485 serial interface and can connect to a power economizer.
