The Southbend SKG-30-SB gas tilting skillet has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). Southbend SKG gas tilting skillets have a temperature control range of 100–450°F. W.C. (279–356 mm). Pan is formed from 10 gauge T-304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for ease of cleaning. The interlock switch turns the burners off when the pan is tilted more than 10° from the normal horizontal position. The cover provided with the Southbend SKG tilting skillet is spring-assisted.
