Reversible Dough Sheeter. The Doyon reversible dough sheeter is a bench model. The Doyon reversible dough sheeter has an adjustable roller gap of 1–40 mm. The LSA516 conveyor dimension W is 63 in (800 x 2 mm). The LSA516 conveyor dimension D is 18.89 in (480 mm). The LSA516 is rated at 120 V. The belt can be controlled by either of the dual hand controls. The sheeters have 20 adjustable speeds. The rollers are stainless steel. The belts on the Doyon LSA516 sheeter fold up. The sheeters have an emergency stop.
