Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas freestanding range with a storage cabinet base, built for commercial indoor kitchens that need a high-output line piece rather than a compact unit. It runs on propane at 311,000 BTU total and combines (2) Pyromax rear burners with (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in front, plus standard cast-iron grates sized to handle up to 14" stock pots. The 60.75"W x 34"D footprint, stainless front/sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot open tops, and battery spark ignition on the oven bases make it a fit for busy restaurant production, with two cabinet bases below for storage.
