The Southbend PSEN-2-SB is a counter convection steamer. The PSEN-2-SB has two compartments. Each PSEN-2-SB compartment holds one 1/3-size x 2.5-inch-deep pan. The Southbend PSEN-2-SB has an electric steam generator. The PSEN-2-SB steam generator is specified for operation at 208 VAC, 3 Phase, 50/60 Hz. The PSEN-2-SB unit is field convertible to single phase. The PSEN-2-SB steamer is rated at 7.5 kW standard. Auto Fill, Auto Drain. The PSEN-2-SB has solid-state liquid-level controls. The PSEN-2-SB cooking chamber is made of 316 stainless steel. The PSEN-2-SB exterior is 304 stainless steel.
