The Southbend KDLS-125 and KDLS-150 are direct-steam-connected kettles. KDLS-125. The KDLS-125 kettle has a rated capacity of 125 gallons (473 liters). installation type: floor. The double-wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The kettle bottom is of hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The Southbend KDLS-125 and KDLS-150 kettle's draw-off valve has a diameter of 2 in (50 mm). The Southbend KDLS-125 and KDLS-150 direct-steam kettle models are specified for direct steam operation at a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa) and a maximum of 20 PSI (137 kPa). The KDLS-125 kettle has an optional incoming steam supply pressure range of 5–30 psi (34–206 kPa).
