The CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamers provide a water-sensing-probe safety shut-off. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 2 pans at 6-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 4 pans at 4-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 6 pans at 2-1/2-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 12 pans at 1-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB 15.8 kW configuration draws 38.0 amps at 240V, 3 PH. The CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamer cooking chambers are made of 300 Series stainless steel. The CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamers use a clean-water reservoir system. The clean-water reservoir system on the CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamers keeps food out of the water. The cooking mode selector has a traditional steam mode. The cooking mode selector has a soft poach steaming mode. The cooking mode selector has a high heat steam mode.
