Middleby Imperial ITG-60-E-VENTLESS is a 60" wide electric ventless thermostatic countertop griddle, so it compares against other large flat-top griddles rather than fryers or ovens. It runs on 480V, 3-phase, 20 kW with a dedicated field-wired circuit, and its 60" x 31" footprint with 14" height plus included 4" legs and ventless hood compatibility makes it a serious commercial line unit for indoor, high-volume breakfast, burger, and banquet cooking. Key differentiators are the thermostat-controlled heat, five 4 kW serpentine elements, 24" deep 3/4" steel cook surface, stainless steel construction, one-piece rolled ledge, 1-gallon grease pan, and optional chrome top.
