Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4606AC-2CL_LP, is a heavy-duty open-burner range with a left-side 24" charbroiler, a convection oven base, and a cabinet base for storage. It has 2 rear Pyromax burners and 3 front 33,000 BTU star burners for a total of 275,000 BTU, so it fits high-volume line cooking and roasting in a full-service kitchen rather than a compact station. This propane unit is 60.75" wide, 59.5" high, and 42.13" deep, runs the oven blower on 115V single-phase power with a NEMA 5-15 plug, and includes stainless steel front/sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots on the tops, and battery spark ignition for the oven base.
