This Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is a heavy-duty, commercial floor unit with a cabinet base, 48" manual griddle on the left, two 33,000 BTU clog-free cast iron open burners, and a convection oven base below. It totals 178,000 BTUs on propane, measures 60.75" wide, and needs 10" rear and side clearances, so it fits high-volume production kitchens rather than compact line setups. The main tradeoffs are gas-only propane operation with 115V/3PH electrical for the oven components, stainless front and sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and optional center-opening cabinet doors and casters.
