Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers accommodate three 12 in. x 20 in. standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD300TDMAF model has thermostatic controls. The panel containing the thermostatic controls on Wells MOD300 Series food warmers is front-mounted. fuel type: electric. All models are field convertible from 3Ø to 1Ø. plug type: field wired per local code. The MOD300TDMAF food-warmer model includes Auto-Fill. Auto-Fill models require a water connection; the operator’s manual and installation instructions are referenced for details. The MOD300TDMAF food-warmer model includes drains. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models.
