The Southbend KELS-20, KELS-25, KELS-30, KELS-40, KELS-60, KELS-80, and KELS-100 tri-leg kettle is mounted on legs. The KELS-SB kettle is identified with a 100 gallon capacity in the 33 kW option listing. The Southbend KELS-20, KELS-25, KELS-30, KELS-40, KELS-60, KELS-80, and KELS-100 kettle operates electrically. The KELS-SB kettle is listed for three-phase operation. voltage: 240. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The Southbend KELS-20, KELS-25, KELS-30, KELS-40, KELS-60, KELS-80, and KELS-100 kettle uses a self-generating closed steam system. The steam jacket of the Southbend KELS-20 through KELS-100 steam kettle surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle. The KELS-SB kettle's interior liner has a 316 stainless steel material grade. Construction is all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304.
