The Blodgett 1048 oven is a gas pizza deck oven. The 1048 single oven has one oven section. Each oven section has a QHT Rokite baking deck. Propane is a listed inlet gas type for each section of the Blodgett 1048 pizza deck oven. For Propane, the 1048 oven requires an inlet pressure of 11.0 in W.C. minimum to 13.0 in W.C. maximum per section. gas input btu: 85000.
