Category: Freestanding Full-Size Deck Ovens. Y-802-DSP. The Y-802-DSP … ovens have a stated deck size of 66 × 44 in (1676 × 1118 mm) for each deck. Bakers Pride Y-DSP series deck ovens are available for natural gas. The Y-602-DSP, Y-602BL-DSP, Y-802-DSP and Y-802BL-DSP ovens have a total gas input of 240,000 BTU per hour. Each deck of the Y-DSP gas pizza ovens requires a separate 3/4 in gas connection. Bakers Pride Y-DSP series ovens have a 300°F (148°C) lower end of the stated temperature range. Bakers Pride Y-DSP series ovens have a 650°F (343°C) upper end of the stated temperature range. Bakers Pride Y-DSP series ovens' heat dampers are independently controlled. The Y-DSP is constructed with heavy-duty angle iron frame, which is fully welded to allow for double-stacking. Oven exteriors are all heavy-duty stainless steel and are fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
