The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions. controls: solid state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and time. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. ext construction: full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back. int construction: double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner, 14 gauge. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section.
