Gas Convection Oven Stacked with BCX-14G Gas Boiler Based Combi Oven. CNVX-14G/BCX-14G. The Blodgett CNVX-14G is gas-fired. The maximum gas input for a CNVX-14G section is 65,000 BTU/hr. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section is supplied at 115 VAC. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section draws 12 amps. Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds fourteen 12 × 20 × 2-1/2 in. deep North American hotel pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds seven full-size sheet pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. The standard programmable manual control stores up to 100 recipes. The oven has a multiple-speed reversing fan for even baking. The CNVX-14G gas convection oven uses the Exclusive Hydroburst steam injection system. The oven has a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back.
