Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. fuel type: electric. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers have three separate wells. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers accommodate three 12 in. x 20 in. standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD300T model has thermostatic controls. The panel containing the thermostatic controls on Wells MOD300 Series food warmers is front-mounted. All models are field convertible from 3Ø to 1Ø. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall width of 43-1/2 in (1105 mm). Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall front-to-back length of 23-5/8 in (600 mm).
