Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603CC_NG, is a commercial open-top range with 10 star burners at 33,000 BTU each for a 330,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume line cooking rather than compact service. It runs on natural gas, has a 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H footprint, and sits on two stainless cabinet bases for under-range storage; the top includes removable cast iron grates, a 4" stainless front rail, stainless front and side panels, standing pilots, a front manual gas shutoff, and a factory-installed regulator. The rear grate section takes up to a 14" stock pot, and optional no-charge center-opening cabinet doors, casters, and other mounts/accessories are available.
