Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4607AC-2CR_LP, is a floor-standing freestanding range with a cabinet base, set up for propane and rated at 256,000 total BTU, so it’s clearly a high-volume cookline piece rather than a compact line unit. It combines four patented 40,000 BTU Pyromax open burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base with 3 racks, 175°F–550°F thermostat, 115V/3PH power, and NEMA 5-15 plug; the stainless front/sides, cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and manual gas shut-off are the main service-side differentiators.
