Pitco Solstice™ CRTE Pin and Sleeve is an electric countertop rethermalizer, not an oven, built for low-to-moderate volume soup and holding service. It has a 6-gallon full tank, heats up to 4 soups at once, and runs on 5.0 kW single-phase power with a pin-and-sleeve twist-lock plug; the compact 13" x 26.5" x 14.6" footprint keeps it in the countertop class. Standout specs are the digital temperature display, manual water fill, front drain with 3/4" quick-disconnect valve and integrated drain screen, 316 stainless steel tank and stainless cabinet, plus high-temperature protection; it’s indoor-only, requires a drain line, and comes with 4 soup racks and a drain hose with shutoff valve.
