This Titan™ Heavy Duty Range is a 36" freestanding gas plancha range with a standard oven below, built for commercial indoor use and set up for natural gas only. It has an 18" even-heat plancha, 18" hot top, 87,500 total BTUs, and a 36" x 38" footprint, so it fits a mid-size production line rather than a compact countertop job. Key buyer points are the 5/8" polished steel plancha, stainless steel front/sides/stub back and grease trough, adjustable 6" legs, loose 3/4" regulator, and the cool-zone oven control with two chrome racks, making it suited to heavy-duty grill-and-oven service in restaurants or cafeterias.
