The cabinet has a polished stainless steel front, sides, door, and splash back, and an aluminized steel back. The tank is stainless steel. The door hinge is heavy duty 3/16 in (.48 cm). The pan is welded and has an extra smooth peened finish for easy cleaning. The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station can be installed on either side of or between fryer(s). The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station includes a bottom shelf as a standard feature, except when a filter pump or flush hose is located inside the dump station.
