Imperial Spec Series IHR-4-1HT-P propane range is a 36"W x 36"D x 36"H freestanding gas range with a convection-style Provection oven, aimed at high-volume commercial kitchens. The top combines four 40,000 BTU open burners on the left with a 12" hot top on the right, for 242,000 total BTUs; the oven adds 52,000 BTUs, a 1/2 hp blower, Ametek thermostat control, cool-down feature, and three chrome racks. It runs on propane with 120V/1PH electrical for the oven, has a stainless exterior, porcelain oven interior, standing pilots, adjustable feet on 6" legs, and requires professional installation; compared with a smaller line range, this is a heavy-duty full-size production unit rather than a compact cookline piece.
