Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas range (Model 4603AC-3TR_LP) is a full-size freestanding commercial range with a cabinet base, 4 star/sauté burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a convection oven base, making it a heavy-duty line unit for high-volume prep and cook-to-order service. It runs on propane with 228,000 total BTUs, has a 60"-class footprint at 60.75" W x 44.5" D x 59.5" H, and needs 115V/3PH power for the oven base; the build includes stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grates, standing pilot open burners, battery spark oven ignition, a front gas shutoff, and factory-installed regulator. The oven section has a 175°F–550°F thermostat, porcelain interior, 3 racks, and 5-position rails, while the cabinet base adds storage and optional center-opening doors.
