The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. CTBR Additional Section. for stacking with an existing CTBR. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 8.0 kW per oven section. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. The increased-output 208 V, 60 Hz, single-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 35/0/35 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control uses solid-state control technology. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F.
