The UE18 and UE20 frying systems use electric power for frying. UE20. Each UE (20 … fryer has an oil capacity of 125 lb (57 kg) / 17 gal (64.4 L). The UE20 fryer has a 20 x 20 in (50.8 x 50.8 cm) frying area. UE (18, 20) electrical requirements specify 17 kW. The UE18/UE20 electrical-requirements table lists 208 V three-phase supply. UE (18, 20) draws 48 A per line at 208 V three phase. The fryer tank is stainless steel, and the cabinet has a stainless steel front, door, and sides. The fryer has a 1 ½” (3.81cm) full port drain valve for fast draining. The UE18/UE20 electric frying system is floor-standing in the depicted configuration.
