The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. The double CTB/CTBR arrangement includes two oven compartments. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. ext construction: full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back. int construction: double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner, 14 gauge. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. The CTB/CTBR oven requires 0 in (0 mm) clearance from combustible and non-combustible construction.
