Each baking chamber of the Doyon 4T3 oven is 56 in (1420 mm) wide. Each baking chamber of the Doyon 4T3 oven is 37.33 in (949 mm) deep. The stone interior of each of the three decks in the Doyon 4T3 oven is 3/4 in thick. The Doyon 4T3 oven has a programmable touchscreen control. The oven has independent element control in the upper chamber, lower stone, and compensation around the chamber entry point.
