The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven accepts five standard full-size 18 in. × 26 in. baking pans per oven section, in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. The maximum input is 11 kW per ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven section. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven is offered in a 3-phase electrical configuration at 480 VAC. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven section has a thermostat temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven section has eleven rack positions. The standard SSI-M control on the ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven has separate thermostat and timer dials. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E has a two-speed convection motor. Stainless steel front, top, and sides.
