Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AC-3CR_NG, is a heavy-duty commercial range with a convection oven base and cabinet base, not a countertop unit. It combines four 33,000 BTU star burners with a 36" right-side charbroiler for high-volume line cooking, plus a 32,000 BTU natural gas convection oven with 3 racks, 5-position rails, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat; total input is 260,000 BTU on natural gas, with 115V/3PH electrical for the oven base. Stainless steel front/sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front manual gas shut-off make it suited to busy restaurants, banquet kitchens, and other full-service operations that need a large floor-standing range.
