(1) 36" Griddle Over (2) Standard Ovens. IR-6-G36T-E. The Imperial IR-6-G36T-E range has 6 round elements. The standard oven is described as a chef-depth oven accommodating standard 18 in × 26 in sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. 208V, 3PH. At 208 V, 3 phase, the Imperial IR-6-G36T-E range draws 67 A at J Box ‘A’. At 208 V, 3 phase, the Imperial IR-6-G36T-E range draws 49 A at J Box ‘B’. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The round plate elements have infinite heat controls. The Imperial Pro Series electric range standard oven thermostat has a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C). The griddle uses a thick, highly polished steel plate; heating elements across the griddle section provide consistent temperature across the plate. Its grease trough is 4 in wide, and the large griddle grease can is removable for cleaning. Exterior features include a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless steel seams and a stainless steel landing ledge.
