Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4603AD-3TR_NG is a 60-3/4" wide freestanding gas range with a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, four 33,000 BTU star burners, and both a standard oven base and a convection oven base on natural gas. It’s a high-output floor model at 273,000 total BTU, with stainless front and sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilots on the open tops, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a factory regulator/manual gas shutoff. The oven section gives you either a standard oven for full-size pans or a convection base with three racks, so it fits high-volume line cooking, griddle work, and mixed baking/roasting in a busy commercial kitchen.
