IR-G48T-E. 48" Wide Griddle Range. Over (2) Space Saver Ovens. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The exterior has a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless steel seams. It has a large 4 in (101 mm) stainless steel landing ledge and 6 in (152 mm) heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished ½ in (13 mm) steel plate, 21 in (533 mm) plate depth, even heating elements across the griddle section, a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough, and a removable grease can for easy cleaning. The large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The standard oven interior is 14 in (356 mm) high. The standard oven interior is 26½ in (673 mm) wide. The standard oven is chef depth and accommodates standard 18 in × 26 in (457 × 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The IR-G48T-E range has an amperage rating of 48 A at 240 V, 1 phase, for J Box ‘A’. The IR-G48T-E range has a total electrical input of 22.6 kW.
