Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4604CC-2TR_LP, is a propane commercial range with a 60-3/4" x 34" footprint and 59-1/2" height, so it fits the floor-range class for a full kitchen line. It pairs three star/sauté burners in front, three 33,000 BTU standard burners in back, and a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right for a total 246,000 BTUs, making it a high-output unit suited to busy restaurant production. The cabinet-base configuration adds under-range storage, and the stainless front/sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shutoff, and factory-installed regulator are the main trade features versus simpler ranges.
