Double Convection Oven. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The two oven decks of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly are arranged one above the other. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 11 kW per deck. The PCE22S/S-PRO and PCE22S/T-PRO oven models are listed for a 240 VAC, 60 Hz supply. The controls for the PCE-S-PRO double ovens are single phase. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. PCE22S/T-PRO oven cavities each have an interior height of 20 inches. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven heating is regulated by an adjustable solid-state thermostat. … The blower fan circulates air within the cavity, “scrubbing” heat to the oven interior for even heat distribution within the cavity. The control panel is a patented “plug-in, plug-out” design and slides out for full-view servicing. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven is recommended for installation under a vented hood.
