Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601CC-3TR_LP, is a commercial propane unit with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and storage cabinet base, built for indoor high-volume line cooking. It combines four 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners with a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, for 196,000 BTU total, so it fits busy restaurant kitchens that need both burner output and a large griddle in one floor range. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grate tops, standing pilot, front manual gas shutoff, and factory-installed regulator are the main trade features that differentiate it from other 60" ranges.
