The steamer boiler is equipped for incoming steam pressure of 25–45 psi. The steamer controls are equipped for 115 VAC, single-phase, 60 Hz operation. Each compartment has a pilot ready light and a pilot cooking light, and its 60-minute electric timer sounds an audible signal at the end of the cooking cycle. Boiler controls include automatic water-level control, a pressure gauge, a water-gauge glass, operating-pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve. The steamer is constructed of satin-finish type 304 stainless steel, with a one-piece, all-welded type 316 stainless-steel cooking chamber. The steamer boiler is equipped for a steam flow of 200 lb per hour.
