GCX-10S-6. The GCX-10S-6 and GCX-10S-10 steamers have 10-pan capacity. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 3 pans at 4-inch pan depth. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 2 pans at 6-inch pan depth. Each GCX-10S steamer compartment holds 10 pans at 1-inch pan depth. The GCX-2S-6 and GCX-10S-6 steamers have a 6-gallon kettle.
