The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The P36-BGG/BTT combination-top configuration has two open-top burners. The griddle component on the P36-BGG/BTT combination-top configuration is 24 inches wide. The Southbend sectional range is available as a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. gas type: natural gas. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. The griddle has “Insta-On” thermostatic control, a 1-inch-thick griddle plate with side and rear splashers, and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. Thermostatic griddle control provides a griddle surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F.
