OTD1520 … tray dispensers are built for 15 x 20 in trays (381 x 508 mm). OTD1520 … overall width of 27 in (686 mm). OTD1520 … overall height of 36 in (914 mm). The OTD has a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame with a stainless-steel bottom and tray platform. The base frame uses 12-gauge stainless steel full-depth caster bolsters with 1” x 1” 14-gauge stainless-steel channels welded to the bolsters. The dispenser platform has field-adjustable springs to accommodate differences in tray weights and heights. The number of connected springs can be increased or decreased to change the platform tension release tension in 2.5 oz/in. Disconnected springs remain in place and out of the way. The casters are 5” diameter, all-swivel ball-bearing type, plate-mounted and bolted to the frame; two casters are fitted with brakes, in a wheel-ahead caster pattern.
