Southbend Ultimate Range 4603DC-6L_NG is a 60-3/4" freestanding gas range with a standard oven base, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It has a 5-burner open top layout with (3) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners in front and (2) Pyromax burners in the rear, plus a 45,000 BTU standard oven with standing pilot, 175°F–550°F thermostat, porcelain interior, and one rack with two-position side rails. Natural gas only, 356,000 total BTU, stainless front/sides, cabinet base, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional center-opening doors make it a heavy-duty floor range suited to busy line service and production cooking rather than compact prep.
