Middleby/Pitco Solstice™ CRTE Shrouded Twist Lock is a commercial electric countertop rethermalizer, not an oven or fryer, sized for holding and reheating soups and similar hot foods. It has a 6.0-gallon full tank, heats up to 4 soups at once, and uses 5.0 kW single-phase power with a NEMA L6-30 shrouded twist-lock plug; the unit is compact at 13" W x 26.5" D x 14.6" H but needs front drain access, a drain line, and 6" rear/side clearances, making it suited to a small cafe line, serving station, or other space-limited indoor service area. Standout features include digital temperature display, manual water fill, front drain with 3/4" quick-disconnect valve, integrated drain screen, high-temperature protection, and 316 stainless steel tank and stainless cabinet; it ships with four soup racks and a drain hose, and carries 1-year parts/labor plus 10-year tank-part coverage.
