The Blodgett DFG-200 is a gas convection oven. The DFG-200 is a full-size, bakery-depth convection oven. The DFG-200 single configuration includes one oven compartment. Each DFG-200 oven compartment accepts five 18 × 26 in. standard full-size bake pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. The DFG-200 gas input is 60,000 BTU/hr per oven section. The DFG-200 Propane inlet pressure range is 11.0–13.0 in. W.C. per section. The DFG-200 115 VAC power-supply option is rated at 6 A. The DFG-200 oven's control panel uses Artisan Touchscreen Control. The DFG-200 has a full angle-iron frame; stainless-steel front, top, and sides; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom.
