The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option C is Cabinet. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The P36-BBC combination top has four open-top burners. The P36-BBC combination top includes a charbroiler section. The charbroiler on the P36-BBC combination top is 12 inches wide. Each burner on the Southbend 12-inch charbroiler has a natural-gas input rating of 16,000 BTU. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. gas type: natural gas. gas input btu: 172000. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection.
