Electric Prepackaged Fryer Filter System. Tilt Up Elements. The electric fryer/filter system can have up to six fryers batteried into one system. The fryer/filter system includes a filter pan. The fryer/filter system's filtering equipment is located under the fryers. All oil drain and return lines are internally plumbed for convenience and safety. A 5.5 GPM pump with a 1/3 HP motor speeds up the filtering process. The IFSSP375E/EU fryer/filter system has a listed width of 58½ in (1486 mm). The filter electrical requirement for the Space Saver fryer/filter system is 6.8 A. The 75 LB/EU fryer configuration has a 240 V electrical supply voltage option per fryer. The 75 LB/EU fryer configuration has a per-fryer current rating of 47 A at 240 V.
