The ECOF-[AP2/S2]M stacked convection-oven configuration consists of two oven units. The two ECOF-[AP2/S2]M oven units are factory-stacked. Each oven in the stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection-oven configuration has 11 rack positions. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection-oven configuration has 22 rack positions in total. Each oven in the stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection-oven configuration accommodates 5 18-inch-by-26-inch pans. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection ovens accommodate 10 18-inch-by-26-inch pans in total. Each ECOF-[AP2/S2]M oven unit is electric heated. Each oven unit in the stacked configuration has an 11.7 kW electric input. The ECOF-2 model is rated for 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood. The powerful rear-mounted blower has a two-speed motor and pulse capability for preparing delicate foods. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish.
