It’s a high-output, full-size floor range with six 27,000 BTU open burners on continuous wavy grates, a 24" raised manual griddle over a broiler on the right, and a convection oven base with 3 racks, 175°F–550°F control, and 32,000 BTU input, plus a stainless cabinet base for storage.
