Bistro™ Restaurant Range, Gas. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. width in: 72. gas type: propane. The Bistro range's open-top burners are made of cast iron. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The open burners have 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The cabinet base is an open cabinet base constructed of 14-gauge all-welded steel. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
